    It was reasonably clean and FABULOUS place, big and luxury rooms. Its location in Rize was magnificent, just next door to trabzon as well as the restaurants.

    The restaurant location near the sea makes the overall experience more enjoyable. the food was great, and the staff was friendly too. the rooms were spacious and provided a pleasant view of the surroundings. the bathroom was clean, and the service was excellent. We liked the breakfast selection and the fact that they had various facilities available.

    One aspect that could use improvement was the gym. Some gym members played loud music, making it difficult to focus on our workouts.

    We were impressed with the design and architecture of the hotel. The common areas were also beautifully designed, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. the hotel's aesthetics were great.

    The coffee latte needed to be paid separately at breakfast, and it would have been more convenient to have a coffee machine in our room.

    My partner and I recently had a lovely romantic getaway at a hotel in Rize. We were impressed by the wonderful service from the friendly and accommodating staff, who made us feel incredibly welcome. the hotel's picturesque location provided breathtaking views that we will never forget. the breakfast was absolutely delicious and we especially enjoyed trying the unique local dishes that were offered. the spa was another highlight for us and we were able to enjoy a relaxing and refreshing experience.

    We had a great city break and the hotel was fantastic! The food was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The service was impeccable - everyone was very friendly and accommodating towards us. The location couldn't be better, as it was within walking distance of all the major attractions. The gym was also great, with excellent equipment and plenty of space to work out.

    Our check-in experience was a little bit confusing. We had to ask for information about the breakfast time, spa, and gym.

    From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre with its Jacuzzi and sauna, exceeded my expectations. the heated swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, provided the perfect place to relax. I was particularly impressed with the range of spa treatments available, from body wraps to head massages. The location was also ideal, nestled in a peaceful garden area and close to the beach. Cons: the only minor issue I experienced was a long wait at the restaurant for my dinner. the delicious food and attentive service made up for it.
